Participation in the contest is FREE, but to validate your entry once selected, you must be registered as an onsite participant of ENDO Dubai 2025.
The topic should focus on Technology, Innovation, and Intelligence in Minimally Invasive Surgery, with each participant or group (at least two members) allowed to submit one abstract.

Video Presentation: Maximum duration of 7 minutes.
Submission Guidelines
Each participant can submit one abstract for each category.

Video: MP4, AVI, or MOV
File Size Limit: 1.5GB

Notification: Selected candidates will be contacted 2 weeks before the congress.
Presentation
Selected abstracts will be presented live in Dubai.
Winners will be announced at the congress.

Free Communication:

Selected Free Communication abstracts will be presented by 7 to 8 assigned presenters during the designated abstract session. Each presenter will have approximately 7 minutes, consisting of a 5-minute summary presentation followed by a 2-minute Q&A discussion with the panelists and participants.
Video Abstract:
Selected Video abstracts will be presented by 7 assigned presenters during the designated abstract session. Each presenter will have approximately 8 minutes, with the submitted video abstract being played by our technical team during the presentation, followed by a 2-minute Q&A session with the panelists and participants.

The names of the authors can be announced during your presentation.
We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes early to test your presentation with our technical team before your turn to ensure everything runs smoothly.
