1. Registration

• Early Bird Rate is available until November 30, 2024. Standard rates apply starting December 1, 2024, so we recommend registering early to secure a discount.

• For Group Discounts, please email us with your group details, and we will provide the applicable discount.

2. GESEA Certification

​

• Level 1: Complete the e-learning modules before the certification. Visit GESEA Level 1 to get started.
  To register, send your GESEA e-Learning Certificate and Academy ID.

• Level 2: Complete the e-learning modules before the certification. Visit GESEA Level 2.
  Submit your GESEA Level 1 and Level 2 e-Learning Certificates along with your Academy ID to participate.

     * Ensure your Academy ID is updated in the OSP and complete the ID Form prior to the GESEA session.

 

3. Program

The program agenda is being finalized and will be shared once ready.

4. Workshops

Workshop registration will open soon! Registered participants will be notified when available. 

​

Workshops are included on the registration with limitations but requires reservation and on a first come, first serve basis.

​

5. Abstract Submission

Abstract submission is now open! Participation is free, but selected entries must register as onsite participants for ENDO Dubai 2025. The topic should be on Minimally Invasive Surgery. Each participant or group (minimum of 2) may submit one abstract in either of the two categories: Free Communication (document) or Video (max 7 minutes). Submissions must be in PDF, Word, MP4, AVI, or MOV format, with a file size limit of 1.5GB. Click [here] to submit.

Deadline: January 31, 2025. Selected abstracts will present live onsite in Dubai, and candidates will be notified two weeks before the congress. Winners will be announced during ENDO Dubai 2025.
