Participation in the contest is FREE, but to validate your entry once selected, you must be registered as an onsite participant of ENDO Dubai 2026.
The topic should focus on Technology, Innovation, and Intelligence in Minimally Invasive Surgery Or aligned with the motto of the congress “Crafting Excellence in MIS” with each participant or group (at least two members) allowed to submit one abstract.

Contest Overview

Eligibility: Free to join, but participants must be registered for ENDO Dubai 2026 to validate their entry.
Categories
Video Competition:
- Maximum duration of 5 minutes with a Mentor Defender or an invite from ENDO Dubai Faculties as your Defender.
Video Abstract:
- Maximum duration of 7 minutes.
Free Communication:
- Submit a document file.
Submission Guidelines
Each participant can submit one abstract for each category.
File Formats:
Document: PDF or Word file
Video: MP4, AVI, or MOV
File Size Limit: 1.5GB

Submission Deadline: December 31, 2025
Notification: Selected candidates will be contacted 2 weeks before the congress.
Presentation
Selected abstracts will present live in the ENDO Dubai Congress.
Winners will be announced at the end of the congress.

Abstract Details: How to present?
Video Competition:
For the first time in ENDO Dubai, we're bringing you a mentor/mentee surgical video showdown! Choose your Defender or have your defender choose you! Win glory, recognition, and the appluase of the best in the field. There are two ways to enter the competition, which are the following:
Option 1: Candidate Driven: Submit your video. If selected, you have the right to choose your defender from our list of experts in ENDO Dubai.
Option 2: Mentor Driven: Faculties from ENDO Dubai have the chance to invite their trainee/fellow to present and defend together in ENDO Dubai.
What we are looking for:
• Innovative or explenary surgical technique
• Clear Education Value
• Strong visual quality and editing
• Teamwork in presentation and defence
• Ability to answer questions with percision and insights
Video Abstract:
Selected Video abstracts will be presented by 7 assigned presenters during the designated abstract session. Each presenter will have approximately 8 minutes, with the submitted video abstract being played by our technical team during the presentation, followed by a 2-minute Q&A session with the panelists and participants.
Free Communication:

Selected Free Communication abstracts will be presented by 7 to 8 assigned presenters during the designated abstract session. Each presenter will have approximately 7 minutes, consisting of a 5-minute summary presentation followed by a 2-minute Q&A discussion with the panelists and participants.

The names of the authors can be announced during your presentation.
We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes early to test your presentation with our technical team before your turn to ensure everything runs smoothly.
